BANK 301: Banking Law: (3-0-3) The course provides detailed coverage of areas of law directly relevant to banking. It will also provide a clear-cut picture of the banker-customer relationship within the legal framework. It will focus on both lecture and case studies in order to provide students with a working knowledge of the Bahraini legal environment. (Prerequisite BANK 201)
