ITCS 401: Software Project Management (3-0-3) This course introduces and develops concepts central to the management of software projects (decomposing projects into stages) that entail appreciation of both key, generic project management concepts and techniques and techniques and approaches specific to software projects. (Prequisite ITCS 321)
