PHTH 411: Ethical, Legal and Professional Issues in Physiotherapy: (3-0-3) The purpose of this course is to familiarize the students in ethical and moral issues arising in health care in general and in physiotherapy specifically. The course includes topics of delivery of health care, patient rights and access to health care, decision making process in health care, parenting in health care, access in limited resources, medico-legal aspect of health care, malpractice issues, organization of physiotherapy profession in the community and other related topics. (Prerequisite PHTH 404)
